On a swing trade how much of a stop loss should you put ? I did 1% yesterday and was up 1.5% but today it just went down and I lost %1. Anybody have any recommendations?

Was in and out of IIPR  today (up 22 %, 550 profit) via options.   Believe it's breaking more out of it's consolidating flag, but I wanted to lock in profit.    Thanks again.   Get some rest mi amigo.
