For those curious why this never happened - there's only 6 Cosmic Fury Morphers.

Fern borrowed the morpher meant for Ollie to save Solon, and it bonded with her.
Zayto's Morpher bonded to Ollie after Zayto disappeared, there's even a scene of Solon noticing it happen.

It just now occurred to me, 3 female Rangers to 4 male is probably the closest gender ratio a team has ever had (Unless you count the brief period where Lauren led the Samurai Rangers).
I just thought that was interesting.

I see Zayto as a potential Sixth Ranger on the Cosmic Fury team because he's only one that wears a cape in his Ranger suit making him a little different from the rest of his team being capeless.

I didn't notice until now that Zayto is perfectly still in his flip. Everyone else slightly moves implying the flip used genuine wire works... but Zayto is perfectly still, which makes me wonder if his flip is just animated in after effects.

Hasbro dropped the ball so hard for this season, changing production companies, driving up the cost a ton, and now they are liquidating all the Power Rangers props in November this year...

This looks like the end of the brand guys... 😢

It could have been interesting if the Dino Fury Zords were brought back for the Cosmic Fury Rangers to use again and Zayto now as a Morphin Master could have give Amelia a Red Ankylo Hammer Zord, give Fern the Solono Conqueror Zord that has the ability to change into Battle Mode and give Orria a brand new Zenith Cosmic Orb with the power of the T-Rex making Orria earning a Champagne T-Rex Champion Zord and also making Orria the female Zenith Ranger with her personal weapon is the T-Rex Saber.
