This is hilarious: a whole subgenre of ASMR recording that isn't supposed to be ASMR! (With this one, even the clickety noise from the keyboard is spot on...as is the fact that most insomniacs won't have the faintest idea what this programmer is on about...)

I had a weird occurrence at work once years ago. I was supposed to be taking notes at a meeting...but the guy who was the main guest at the meeting had what in retrospect was a perfect ASMR voice, mesmeric, and it felt like I was being sedated... actually started to have difficulty writing! Freaky.
