When I flew with my service dog, he sat in my lap. The stewardess said someone would come by to let me know when we’re about to land so I could crate him for landing since that’s their rules. I said ok and waited. No one came. We landed with Awesome in my lap!
Service dogs should be allowed a seat if paid for. I’m not sure about other service dogs but most I know are kept clean. My cousin gives his therapy dogs a bath twice a week because they visit a few care homes. My dogs are strictly in house unless I go out, which is almost never since I’m disabled, but they usually don’t even walk much cause I have them on the wheel chair with me. We walk on our potty breaks but that’s only a few hours each day and they hardly roll around. They also get baths on a regular basis. At the very least, once a month. If they do get dirty, I do bathe them.

BRODIE... He's an exceptional dog! He's super socialised. Not a "fake service animal" at least his dad gives him the best. He's so well behaved he puts all my 30+ years of my packs of them well behaved... To shame... BRODIE, your the dude !!
