Hey Fern! Please don’t take this as a negative… I LOVE your videos. I just wanted to mention that I appreciate the little bloopers (example: chunky potty) mixed in with the plant knowledge. It feels more real, like I am just sitting talking with a friend. I would love more bloopers/real moments in your videos! Or maybe a whole bloopers video!

My favourite genus has to be Philodendron or Hoya. I have more hoyas than philodendron but the micans is just my all time favourite plant of ever, and my verrucosum is giving me so much joy. I never knew a verrucosum could sunstress but lately with the spring sun the new leaves coming out have this bright red back that is sooo stunning <3

My favourite philodendron is my upright lemon lime. I bought it as a wee lad and started it in a 3.5” pot, then a 4” clay pot, and now a 6” clay pot and I’m in love with it. I’ve had it for just over a year, but the lemon lime leaves are so pretty as they get mature :)

I'm new to your channel and really enjoy it. I'm plant obsessed as well!!! You mentioned Thrips... they have to be the worst! I had my first attack earlier in the year. They must of come in on my huge Philodendron Selloum. I'm glad they only attacked that plant. It's outside again for the summer but I'm treating it with a granular pesticide..

Team anthurium here! Just love all the hybrids and different varieties and unknowns! The leaves are just gorgeous and grow so big and can vary from velvety to like a leather to a mix if both! Just want them all! But I do love some philodendrons!
