I love your format of overlaying the board with camera video of the players. This and your excellent and exciting call of the moves makes for compelling viewing.

ding is just playing safe, he is afraid of losing

Ding found all those moves over the board? WOW! Despite his slump he can calculate impressive variations. To me this suggests that if he had prepared for all his matches and also if he had not disappeared from the chess world prior to now then he quite possibly would have been the strongest or second or third strongest player in this tournament.

Great video. Just one suggestion. For folks who haven't seen the live game, it would be great if who won/lost can be avoided in the video title

Still love how excited Sagar gets in his narration. And always such insightful explanations of possible moves and strategies.

I don't think Ding really wants to play in this tournament anymore, thus he did not push hard even in a winning position. If he is in the right state of mind, Fabi most probably won't stand a chance. The question is, when is the Ding that we know and love will go back to his former self? We want to see a Ding who pose problems to opponents, not a Ding who is already defeated even before a game started.

The caption World Champion is not apt, we all know who is the real champion😇 Magnus and that ding is champion just because magnus didn't go for it😜, that is due to sympathy shown by the goat to other chess GMs . So its bst if caption was just Ding Liren instead of World Champion, No offence🙃

I don’t agree that Caruana is world number two. World number two is either Ding or Gukesh !

The whole premise of these videos is dishonest. The commentary isn't live, it's recorded after the game when it's very easy to be smart.
