Lyrics
There she stood in the street
Smiling from her head to her feet
I said hey, what is this
Now baby, maybe she's in need of a kiss
I said hey, what's your name baby
Maybe we can see things the same
Now don't you wait or hesitate
Let's move before they raise the parking rate
All right now baby, it's all right now
All right now baby, it's all right now
I took her home to my place
Watching every move on her face
She said look, what's your game baby
Are you tryin' to put me in shame
I said slow don't go so fast
Don't you think that love can last
She said love, Lord above
Now you're tryin' to trick me in love
All right now baby, it's all right now
All right now baby, it's all right now
All right now baby, it's all right now
All right now baby, it's all right now
All right now baby, it's all right now
All right now baby, it's all right now
All right now baby, it's all right now
All right now baby, it's all right now

In 1970 my friend and I where walking on the beach. it was a fabulous sunny summers day. All Right Now was playing on a radio. We where young confident and on the prowl and we soon spotted two gorgeous girls. One blonde the other had long dark hair. I said to my friend "I'll take the one with the dark hair." How smug where we when we where young eh?😀 We clicked right away and eventually I married her. I'm 75 now and every time I hear that song it takes me right back to that day.😀

Absolutely brilliant performance by a vastly underrated band. Rodgers still sings now just the same as he did then. The best white blues rock singer ever.

Graduated in ‘73, and I can tell you this is the perfect date song. Dangerous, but perfect. 🫣😍

Meet Rodgers in a music store in my home town with my little girl who was taking guitar lessons. He chatted with her and took our address to send a cd to her and she did recieve it. Very humble awesome man. Thanks

I loved Free so much. Paul Kossoff was just the most brilliant and influential guitarist, and such a charming, fragile young man. 🙏

I'm 59 and I came of age in the 70s and 80s - glorious time to be alive. FREE and a host of other awesome bands were the backing tracks to my life. Thank you all and more power to you.

Paul Rodgers has been my favorite singer for more than 50 years. How wonderful to see him the way that he was: up close and in colour. ❤

Born in 74. I had teenage brothers and sisters. Heard this song all my damn life! So awesome! Their sound was so authentic. Real bands, not studio bands like now.
