I bought this 11 months ago, after the first time I change it to stick to the windows and move it back to the base on the car dashboard, the base clear silicon failed to stick and constantly dropped to the car floor when I was driving and the last time I used it, it fall and broke the right side "L" shape holder.
It is quite dangerous, I was unable to claim the warranties until I saw the US iOttie website for warranty issue which is another 2 months later. I lodged a claim and asked if they can send the parts to me (So that I can reduce the waste to the mother Earth).
As soon as they was the invoice I have from eBay 13 months they just plainly refuse to allow me to claim warranties and replied the warranties has lapsed and they do not "Sell" parts. Yes, 1 month extra and no warranty.
What a disappointment!
My only option is to buy a complete new one.

It is a good product, however not a good corporate citizen.
I do not recommend it.
