How Good is Wotancraft's Upgraded Waist Pack / Sling Pouch?

The fine folks over at Wotancraft are constantly updating their bags to make incremental improvements. The newly updated Waist Pack / Sling Pouch is no exception. Over the years I've been raving about the 2020 version of this bag. It's my favourite simple sling pouch for daily use and overseas travel because it's packable and versatile. I can use it as a large dopp kit, a waist bag, or a sling pouch. With this new update, they've addressed one of my two major concerns about the previous version. I just got these bags in so I have yet to use them out in the field. I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Hi Taki
For your hero clip you could simply sew a piece of elastic to the belt tab.
Crafts stores have the elastic in the sewing section.
Even easier put a zip tie -cable tie through the plastic buckle where it attaches to the belt mounting tab.
Looks like a nice piece of kit.
I'm actually looking at getting a waist bag, getting tired of back packs when I walk or ride my bicycle to work, I hope it makes me take less stuff with me.

DIY Paracord zipper pulls can work too! That quick adjust buckle is awesome. Clean and effective. Love that pass through also

nice video! now i cant decide whether to get this sling or pilot 3.5l. ill mainly use it to carry my fujifilm x100 and personal items like wallet, sunglass, keys etc have and i dont need a bag thats too big in size.
