IE: It was lazy racism that continued to be lazy racism for centuries, and in regard to this video it is no longer "lazy" but rather "intentional" racism. Which does not necessarily claim the creator as a "racist". It is well within plausibility that the target audience are the "lazy" that do not realize they are being racist, and pronouncing Nippon as "Nippon" may have failed to keep their attention.
