She's 100% latin, I mean seriously her name is a dead give away "Carmelita" it comes from the name "Carmen" a spanish name.

I think Grey Delise did a much better job then the ones who voiced over for Carmelita in previous games.

I love that Grey DeLisle is voicing Carmelita, but I find her design in this new game a bit iffy. She's looked better in previous games.

I say the best voice actors I like a lot is the BOT Carmelita, and Thieves in time. Since it shows time has passed in the series quite well
