It is very nice to see how Serj gets excited listening to Daron sing, he progressed a lot.

1:43 is so satisfying. Daron has always been so skilled at bodily performance. John's ragemode on the drums adds that weirdly addictive punch that Soad liveshows have. I get so nerdy everytime I watch a good show of theirs, a minutely scripted event like a concert that constructs a "narritve" or otherwise greater organization than it had when it was planned is often more emotionally impressive to me than a scripted movie of the same lenght.
I find it hard to explain, to an outsider Daron just jumps around and grins his teeth and I look at the screen with a face like ones who's just nutted. Naturally there isn't a traditional narrative in this liveshow like a film has, but they make the music look a certain way. It's a devoted piece of dead-pan comedy to be so absorbed in theatrical performance to a song with these lyrics. One show in Japan also had a cool eerie vibe during the entirety of it despite being a normal a show. Reminds me of Der Hölle Rache (kocht in meinem Herzen (Hells Vengeance Boils in My Heart)) Mozart, it's an angry song but sounds very pretty.
