I literally just started watching this one a few days ago, as it sounded cute. It is, indeed, cute, and one of the more...believable premises behind world hopping for souls. No demon to fight, no great warrior needed...the gods just want a little Earth's magic, and summon someone from there to draw it with them, AND give them a better life than what they had. So sweet.

One of my favorite parts of the new isekai wave of media is how often the protag starts a buisness and creates our idealized version of a workplace. The boss (protag) is always respectful, fair, maintains close ties with the employees, paid lunches, pto, maternity leave, etc. I'd like to imagine every mangaka writing these stories and drawing the panels with tears streaming down their faces as they think of every crappy job they've ever had. "Dock my pay for being one minute late well in *my* world you get your full pay AND a paid break! So take that!"
