Just Blaze has confirmed there is indeed a Michael Jackson-assisted version of JAY-Z‘s 2001 hit “Girls, Girls, Girls” – a version the legendary producer himself didn’t know existed until nearly 20 years later.

Jay-Z already said this years ago in the October 2009 issue of NME magazine where Jay-Z pays tribute to Michael Jackson and he said "He was on my song Girls, Girls, Girls, singing these background vocals and I didn’t even put his name on it” Michael Jackson's not on a different version of the song, Michael Jackson's the one doing the background vocals on the original Girls, Girls, Girls so we already heard the version with Michael Jackson on it

There's a Jay-Z & Michael Jackson duet that was supposed to be on The Blueprint album. On Thursday August 9 2001 Dame Dash walked into the penthouse of Manhattan's Hotel Giraffe and played seven songs from The Blueprint album before the album came out. Five of the songs Dame Dash played are The Ruler's Back, Girls, Girls, Girls, Renagade, Song Cry & Hola' Hovito. One track that Dame Dash didn't play is Jay-Z's duet with Michael Jackson. Dame Dash did, however, confirm that Michael Jackson is supposed to be on The Blueprint album and that Jay-Z will be on Michael Jackson's upcoming album
