Fix Update KB5036980 / KB5037591 Not Installing or Downloading On Windows 11 - 23H2/22H2

The windows update KB5036980 and KB5037591 improves the Widgets icons on the taskbar. They are no longer pixelated or fuzzy. This update also starts the rollout of a larger set of animated icons. it also addresses an issue that affects Settings. It stops responding when you dismiss a flyout menu. After installing KB5036980 it caused problems. So, I uninstalled it and everything was back to normal. Microsoft say they are aware that this update can cause issues and will there will a fix update shortly.
