I'm from Nagaur.

Issues faced in primary healthcare centres in my area -
- Lack of availability of qualified doctors and lack of facilities for emerging diseases such as sugar patients, TB etc.
- Poor infrastructure in few hospitals forces people to move to cities for treatment.
- Non- availability of basic medicines sometimes.

Other issues with primary health centres include
Lack of availability of staff, that may be due to transfers or retirement
Other problems include lack of availability of medicines
And other problem can be lack of specialised doctors for diff conditions and lack of guidance

One of the way by which the diseases can be prevented is by just making people aware about the diseases. Because the people BPL are not aware of importance of basic hygiene which will indeed help them to tackle a lot of preventable diseases. So awareness camping’s should be done from the government side.
