2016 Ford Transit 350 XLT radio not working

Radio stopped working on my Ford Transit van. The backup camera also tends to not work. I tried removing the Ford sync fuse without luck. Any ideas?

I think the issue is the radios have overheated. This in turn may have caused connection issues. Perhaps on a PC board. May need a new unit.

I have the same problem as you. At first, it started when I would hit bumps the stereo would switch from Bluetooth to CD mode. Then it just stopped working all together.

You need to replace the head unit module that’s behind it

So the issue I’m having that I can’t seem to find anywhere, is I put the radio volume at max level listening to music from my phone. It’s LOUD but then randomly (while still at max volume) the volume gets lower by like half of how max volume sounds. At random it’ll get loud again back and forth… anyone?

I had the same problem. The speakers would pop loudly also. The dealer supposedly fixed it now it dosen't turn off. Drains the battery. Ford transits suck
