Genetic Code

To understand the origin of the genetic code requires integrating the evolution of tRNAomes (all of the tRNAs of an organism), aminoacyl tRNA synthetases (the enzymes that charge tRNAs with their cognate amino acid) and recognizing the patterns in the genetic code.
