Paula’s choice charcoal clarifying mask! I love this one. It’s for decongesting but isn’t drying. It dries like a mud mask but turns soapy when you wet it so it rinses off really easy like a cleanser. I see a difference when I use it, it’s my favorite. Really, all of Paula’s masks I’ve liked a lot. The hydrating one is nice too

Your story is so similar to mine! Used to stay natural, used lots of oils, skin got red a lot...realized simple, tested is better. My skin is now very happy!

I have dry skin, so take this with a grain of salt if you’re not, but a Dr. Dray tip I learned was for an oatmeal mask. She mixed 1/4 c water w 1 tsp colloidal oatmeal (I do the Aveeno packs). Then I put it on w a plain compressed sheet mask (I buy in a bag from Amazon) for 15 min after cleansing. Leave it on and seal w cerave cream. Amazing for eczema, rosacea, acne flares, and just calming down inflammation in general.

I couldn't agree more with your list, Rudi! I think a lot of people are starting to go the more minimal route, especially with skin care... I'm so guilty with buying things I don't need and unintentionally messing up my skin 😬 I found your channel through your Tretinoin videos as I'm going through a similar process with Differin. Here's hoping my skin can end up as flawless as yours one day 🤩🙌🏻 Just have to trust the process!

I am on my 3rd week using tretinoin and your videos guide me along my tretinoin journey so thank you. I am using a diy soothing mask to releive irritation using colloidal oats, matcha powder, glycerine and honey. Thanks for your informative videos.

The Aloe Soothing Mask Pack by Benton (a Korean brand) is great for sensitive skin. It’s fragrance-free and doesn’t have a ton of crazy chemicals added. I also recommend making face masks from colloidal oatmeal powder.

I really like the Cocokind Sea Kale Clay Mask. It never really dries up either. I’ve accidentally worn it for an hour before 🥴

Just FYI my favorite masks are the First Aid Beauty Oatmeal mask and the Fresh rose mask:) they are calming and don't bother my sensitive acne prone skin. I am on month three of Tretinoin and it's getting better. Also if I'm breaking out I like the Kiehls clay mask:)
