Just had a porridge made with mastic liquor, mastiha has many health benefits and the flavour of it is refreshing.

My son has GERD issue so I bought this online called ‘ Maorzixa xiou’ tears of Chios medium 100% natural.it’s like chewy texture not hard crystal.I am buying for first time so don’t know how it should be .whether I got genuine stuff.It sticks to teeth so how will it go to stomach it had been crystal we could have sucked it like candy .Do we have to gulp it with water without chewing?

I bought this product shown on here in the tin (mastic gum) but I not sure what to do with it
I have tried eating eat but it's like plastic when I chew on it
What should I do with it
Maybe I should have bought the capsules
I have I.B.S, Psoriasis and a Hiatus Hernia
