Yeah part of the problem is the people who listen to Marxist ideas, or worse, act on them. They’d be much better off picking up Ralph Waldo Emerson, James Allen or Earl Nightingale who highlighted that the amount of income you earn is in direct proportion to the demand for what you do, the ability to do it, and the difficulty it is to replace you. So when I hear someone doesn’t like their job, it’s either because their job sucks or they’re not any good at it. Find meaning in your skill, serve others, and happiness will become a byproduct.

Your point is missing a huge chunk of data: We already have several functioning economies based on Marxist principles. It seems crucial to your presentation to address how well these available examples compare to the work alienation experienced under capitalist economies. Presenting Marxism as effectively addressing these concerns without presenting corresponding research driven data is rather meaningless. As I said, there are Marxist economies currently operating in the world. Unless you compare and contrast based on experienced reality of employee alienation under both systems, you're not making a realistic case for Marxism.

Interesting video, albeit Marx is often shunned with (OMG COMMUNISM NO THANKS) his ideas were very much based on trying to improve peoples lives. This idea on how to improve lives on the bottom of society is still very much a very important issue that needs to be tackled.
