Zeman's career took off with small roles, but her breakthrough came in the popular soap opera One Life to Live. From 1976 to 1977, she portrayed Lana McClain, captivating audiences with her talent. In that same year, Zeman secured the role of Barbara "Bobbie" Spencer in General Hospital, solidifying her place in soap opera history.
