Nissan Leaf ZE0 & AZE0 LED numberplate lamp upgrade replacement swap repair fix solution 26510CD00A

The early Leafs have 'old school' numberplate lamps with tungsten 501 bulbs - I've used 501 LED bulbs before, but its not strictly legal here, so here is the complete lamp solution - I have found that as the OE lamps age, the plastic securing doglegs break off, so this repair gives a budget upgrade too - I sell the lamps to EU customers :
