I don't think strongly typed ka mtlb hota h ki usme type define krne padte h, usko statically typed kehte h. Jaise jb variables k types define krne pade tb usko statically typed language bolte h aur else dynamically typed language. JS is a strongly typed dynamic language.

Strongly ka mtlb hota h data types and variables unexpectedly change nhi honge (order and all).

typescript is not strongly typed at all you can still have vulnerabilities in typescript by lying to the compiler its just a static type system
