DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Gets a Game-Changing Update! 🚀

📢 DJI just rolled out a new firmware update for the Osmo Pocket 3, packed with exciting new features!
The firmware version is 01.06.0803.
In this video we will see its new features, focusing more on the first two:
MED-TELE MODE and BREATHING COMPENSATION.

📌 Med-Tele Mode
Tap the icon to enable a 2x mid-telephoto view while keeping full 4K resolution! Unlike digital zoom, this mode preserves more detail and texture. But keep in mind, it only works in Normal mode, and you can’t enable it while recording. Want to see the difference? Check out our side-by-side comparison!
📌 Breathing Compensation
This feature reduces the visual distortion caused by focus shifts, making transitions look much smoother. It’s a subtle but useful addition, especially when paired with Med-Tele mode for product shots!
📌 Background Downloads in DJI Mimo
Now you can download files in the background! Just make sure your DJI Mimo app is up to date. If you run into issues, restart the app, enable Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and reconnect.
📌 D-Log M in Webcam Mode
10-bit color now works in webcam mode! A great update if you’re using a stable connection for streaming.
📌 Video Screenshots in DJI Mimo
Now supported on select devices, allowing you to grab frames from your videos as static or live photos.
📌 Bug Fixes
DJI also included some minor bug fixes—though they didn’t give us details! 🤷‍♂️

Digital zoom is much better if used in mid tele zoom???

The camera is great, but they really need to fix the issue when transferring videos to a phone. Sometimes the screen goes black, or the download gets stuck at 0%. Is anyone else experiencing this? Funny thing is, slow-motion videos transfer just fine.

I don’t see the difference with and without the breath compensation….
