There's no way this ring looks 22k. I called DJI and the lady on the phone told me that since the ring is new it will get more yellow over time!?

I called Daniel Jewelry today to speak about this issue. They told me that since the ring is new, it adds yellowness over time. WTF? Is this true?

Just got a 22k bracelet from them, same issue. Found out the dip their chains in Rhodium to give it a high shine but, it makes 22k look lighter. Sending it back so they can take the coating off.

The ring looks good but definitely does not look 22k. The 24k bracelet is very nice and the 22k should be pretty close in color to that. The way 24k glows under the sun, you can't get with anything else.

They do add a "Dip" to certain pieces to adhere to the aesthetic requirements of their clientele, you can request a natural finish when ordering. I had a 8.5m cuban chain and bracelet from them and am currently getting a 12mm chain made in natural finish.

I think videos without the full story or the resolution shouldn't be posted, that is all thank you.

I have a chain from dji and the weight was on point and 9.5mm I ordered a 9mm so they definitely weren't dishonest with me and I doubt they were with you over a 400 or 500 dollar ring.

All of our karat purity will be on point no doubt about it 100%. It is true with high karats, within use they get a deep yellow patina from age. You can see it in 18k Rolexes as well if you own one, when new they are pale and once used up years later they become darker. If you would like it darker from new we can dip it in the 22k solution so it can look cheesy yellow from start. It’s up to you. Enjoy!!

It’s not cool to put that accusation out there and leave it without the test.

Where did you get the 24k bracelet made? Is it 10mm? How many grams? How much was it?

It’s true it doesn’t look 22k. Because I’ve had pieces in almost every karat (except 24k)……but due to that I will also say I’ve had pieces with the same karat and sometimes even then the shades can vary in a noticeable way. Could be due to the alloys, thickness of the piece, light, the heating/cooling process, polishing, etc . Etc. I’ve seen pure gold coins that don’t seem as yellow as your bracelet. I’d say if you want that orangey yellow 22k look sell this ring and get it remade new. More than likely it will be different. Or just go for 24k to ensure you’re getting what you’re looking for. But I understand the frustration

Did you get it tested? If so, what did it test at?

How many mms is the Franco? Diamond cut? I have a 4mm plain Franco in white gold on order with DJI. I can’t wait to receive it.

I have.9999 gold bars and they look closer to the color of the ring which is gold's natural color, you think the dip is golds natural color and you are wrong, shows you don't know anything about gold, but then you make comments talking shit .

The color doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the karat, it depends on what alloys they use and the final finishing process the particular jeweler uses, I bet it is a solid 22k coming from DJI, they are very honest and reputable 👍💯 nice jewelry by the way 😎

That looks crazy bro. I'm sure it's scrap as you mentioned . Always posts videos of him melting competitors work. Rey's states they only use new gold for that very reason. Daniel's quality taking a huge dip lately . My 10k looks better color wise from Las Villas . Maybe just the lighting ? Hope they help you out . Sorry bro. 10k hurt my pockets can't imagine 22k . Keep us updated .
