Need more Statics video tutorials? If so, check out my full course at:
My full Solid Mechanics (aka Mechanics of Materials) course can be found here:
Who am I?
I'm Cherish! I currently teach Mechanical Engineering but I remember the days of being a struggling engineering student. Going to class, feeling confused and frustrated when trying to do assignments because I hadn't learned much in class seemed to be a regular occurrence.
I created STEM Course Prep to save today's engineering students from the same fate. I teach my courses in a way I would have liked to be taught... light on theory, heavy on examples.
Organization is key to learning so I also provide an outline of notes for my courses so you can stay organized and create a great resource for each course.
If you liked this video tutorial, you'll love my full Statics course!
It contains all the subjects you need for Statics:
Vector and scalar operations
Cartesian Vectors
Transverse and azmuth (aka azimuth) angles
Projection of a force along a line
Free body diagrams
2d and 3d equilibrium for particles and rigid bodies
Moments of forces
Moment about a line
Couple moments
Methods of joints and sections
Centroids
Moments of inertia
and more...
The full course gives you:
116 On demand video lectures
71 Fully worked examples in a range of difficulty levels
3 Downloadable midterm exams with video solutions
1 Downloadable comprehensive final with video solutions
Downloadable outline of notes shown in the videos
