Aside from the obvious advantage on the wide end being much wider, would you see any situation where this lens is better in any way than the Sony 70-350 (APS-C) or Tamron 50-300 (FF) when using on the Sony A6700 in overlapping focal ranges?

I have the a6700 and the tamron 18-300mm lens. It seems like the bokeh and macro abilities are a little better on the tamron but I'm no expert and would love to see a comparison video between the tamron 18-300 and this new sigma 16-300 if you have the time to do one. I don't know why I want to torture myself because I can't just sell the tamron to buy the sigma at this stage if it's a huge winner between the two, but I still need to know lol. Thanks for this video. At this point it seems on par with the tamron which I am happy enough with. I have the sigma 18-50mm f2.8 and a couple of primes that I use most of the time, the tamron is just an all rounder on clear days.

I do not know if it is just me or all these photos look terrible! I do not think it's the lens, but the user.
