You see, the word ‘Echad’ in Mr. Deuteronomy it does mean: Compound Unity! Boom! 💥

And guess what? The precedent for this mind-blowing definition is right there in Genesis 2:24, when it says that a hubby and wifey become ‘Echad, ’ it’s not just talking about them being a single person or one person, …🤔 But it emphasizes THE MERGING OF two individuals or two persons, a man and his wife into a unified person, symbolized by the phrase ‘one flesh.’ And wait for it… God himself is all about “one spirit” vibe too!

See, when it says ‘hubby and wifey being ECHAD, ’ it’s basically saying they’re a ‘COMPOUND UNITY.’ They’re an unstoppable duo, like two peas in a pod, perfectly in sync.👌

And ta-da! That’s when ‘Echad’ shows up again in Deut 6:4. It’s like a grand encore, my friend. It’s saying, “Hey, remember that amazing ‘Compound Unity’ thing we talked about earlier? Well, guess what? God’s got that too! He’s the ultimate ‘Compound Unity’ —like all the awesomeness in one divine package.” 🤗

Hence, if you believe you can challenge the potency of ‘Echad’ in Deuteronomy 6:4, I regret to inform you that your debating skills are likely to CRUMBLE FASTER than a cookie dipped in hot milk! 🥛

this compound unity thing that trinitarians claim proves nothing for them logically. It just allows them to not see incongruity in their theolgy.

Their claim is to liken it to a shoal of fish. A thing which is one, but made up of more than one individuals. A flock of birds.

However this does not work when honestly investigated. It is one shoal, not one fish. It is many fish together, but cant be called "one fish" though it can be called "fish" because fish is plural for fish. But a flock of birds cant be called bird, they are a group of birds called "birds."

A group of gods would be gods, to say they are one can not be stated as "one god" but is "one group" of gods.

When Jesus says "the father and i are one, " is the same, two beings cant be one being but can be one in purpose. Then when Jesus prays that we too will be "one with them as they are one" obviously from trinity logic cant mean we all join the godhead with equal status, that would destroy their trinity for a start, but must mean only what Jesus implies, that we will be one with the two of them, in purpose or "on their side in the spiritual battle."

This is all logical reading comprehension. Hebrew speaking people have explained it this way to me regarding "echad" and the only ones who major this compound unity theology, are trinitarian christians who have done some hebrew study in seminary, where it is used as i pointed out, an excuse to allow more than one in a group. However that goes against the Athanasian creed they hold to, which states that the three are of one substance. Something a group of individuals is not.
