I’ve discussed in past videos about how vivzie has revealed the human designs for various cast members. Up next is vaggie.

So back during the early stages of the show vaggie was originally a sinner who was in the same profession as angel dust. She died in the 1980s when she was murdered by a serial killer. She was even in a relationship with angel.

Reddit user discovered an art piece from 2013 where viv drew what vaggie looked like as a human. She’s really pretty with her longer hair, and is holding a cigarette in one hand. Here’s a comparison between her as a human, and her sinner design.

Of course vaggie’s lore would be changed several times throughout the years, ending up now where she’s an exorcist from heaven.

You know I always wonder about this. Are exorcist heaven born or winners. Because when Lute lost her arm from rubble, if she was a winner then it would have regenerated by now but it didn’t. Also I don’t know if this is a dialogue error but when Carmeilla ask if angles can be harmed Vaggie said no even tho we saw her losing her eye and wins.

Vaggie has such a beautiful Human Design and I love how she's just as no nonsense in the artwork just like in the show. I thought she was going to be a Sinner at first when I saw the Pilot, but it makes sense that they made her as a Former Exorcist Angel.🎀🗡️

I think her old design is amazing to be honest and I enjoy how much it’s changed over the years to its present design and lore changes it’s crazy how much of a character Vaggie’s been through and it’s amazing 💕💗❤️

this might be an unpopular take, but i like the idea of Vaggie being a sinner better. It was just more interesting to me, Charlie being in love with this person that could potentially be exterminated by an exorcist (even if she was keeping sinner vaggie protected) or be separated from for all eternity if Vaggie were to be redeemed and make it to Heaven. I feel like it would've given their relationship higher stakes and interesting obstacles. Fallen Angel Vaggie is still cool tho, hoping she and Lucifer have some scenes together centered around that in the future

Also, originally she would be in school with Charlie, along with the other sinner demons, as revealed in a comic strip, which was retconned with the exorcist lore.

I kind of want to see how the story of Hazbin would’ve gone if the old version of Vaggie was used instead, but almost everything else was exactly the same

Her old design was actually pretty interesting-

I think it's nice she's a reused design/character. Vaggie had her own ark and that's all a character can ask for. She hasn't totally made up for her past but that's a part of her character.

Mind you, I'm saying this from a show prospective and not a character prospective. Charlie knows she's an ex' exorcist, not the rest of the cast. If they feel some kind of way about it I can't really blame them.

Characters are going to character, that's just how it is. Makes things more interesting/intriguing. It introduces character conflicts which is fun to explore like Vaggie killeing a friend of a main cast member.

It may or may not be explored later, that's interesting and just something we'll have to wait for.
