Is there anyway I could exchange this one with other ones ? Because I can’t use it at gym/ even talking . Tried all the buds they had but the same issue!! I’m not happy about my purchase .

Can sony send us any update for buds which allows us (users) to customise button or touch control as per our own usability.

Because only thing which is not comfortable to use in buds is touch or button controls.

I bought them a few weeks ago. Did ear test and it said the ones that came with them. Sounded amazing. Best ever. I used them for golfing. They fell out like 8 times. Returned and bought technics AZ80. Noise canceling and sound aren't as good to me, but still good. Never fell out once after two rounds.

i really struggle to make them fit. I am thinking to return them. They are falling out all the time. And when constantly adjusting and trying to push in - changing sound to ambient, stopping music. How come it is that hard.

My problem with this product is that when I'm walking i hear the vibrasjon sound from my heel touching the ground. No matter what buds I'm using the sound is always there. And I can adjust it is as many time the sound dos not go away. The only time I don't get the vibrasjon is when the bud is not properly put in. But then the noise cancelling is usless. That problem was never a issu on XM3 or 4. So far the XM4 is the best. ☹️

I did it all and I have no difference with or without ANC and still hearing more noise that with my old ANC earbuds Jabra 85t. I have the latest firmware. Sound is great, I don't want to leave them...

The mic noise cancellation was great when I first bought them. I tested them out and the person on the other line couldn't hear much. Now after the latest firmware update or Idk, the mic noise cancellation is horrible. Person on the call can hear everything in my background. Same goes for the headphones because I bought the set of earbuds and headphones for office setting and home setting. Neither have any mic noise cancellation and I bought it for this specific feature which was reviewed to be some of the best in the market. Any help resolving this?

For almost 2 months I have been trying to find suitable ear tips. The provided ones by Sony never ever worked no matter what size I try. There is simply no ANC.

Tried silicon AZLA and foam Comply replacements, still the same - no ANC.

I even sent my XM5’s back to Sony through the retailer, Sony replied saying that all was fine with ANC.

The only ear tips that sometimes are recognized as having the right fit by the Sony’s app are silicon Fiio’s FH3 wired IEM ear tips but I can not use them as they have no protective filter mesh.

To summarize the sound of XM5’s is good with LDAC but I am unable to experience ANC. It is very unlikely that I will be buying Sony earbuds again.

I e tried everything and they don’t fit
I get a seal according to the app but they don’t feel it and the ANC seems non existent
I use xm5 over the ear everyday and thought these would be perfect in bed
So disappointed

Left ear bud no sound.. everything eles works with the left like activating nc n that but no sound any help tryed holding down the botton on the charging case to reset em to you get the orange flashing light and i dont even get that
