In one of your videos two years back you had suggested one glass of concoction of 1 tablespoon of lime juice, one fourth teaspoon of turmeric powder, one pinch of cinnamon, two pinches of black pepper and one tablespoon of desi ghee to remove phlegm and mucus. You suggested to put honey as an option. This concoction could be taken twice daily. I have been taking this concoction for the last 2 months.
