The issue with the Federalist Society is with its foundation. The Federalist Society places the Constitution as the Foundation of its power, creating a dynamics based on law.
This is important, based on the FACT that America is a country based on law.
The problem with the Federalist Society is the Fact that Rousseau's Social Contract creates the Esprit de corps that gives our country the bonds We, the People to our Founding Fathers' vision of our Perfect Union.
This is something Leonard Leo and all those "Think Tanks" did not calculate when he helped establish the Federalist Society.
