Unintentional ASMR - Doc Exam 5 - Relaxing Video

This feels like my school physicals from the mid 90s. Doctors were thourough and confident like this. They still wore white coats with a shirt and tie underneath. They usually smelled great, like aftershave. I remember when they'd listen to my heart and they'd say "Deep breath in...and out...in...and out, " they'd use a little bored sounding cadence and I would wonder how many times they had to say that in thier life. I remember wondering about what it was like when they left for the day, if they drove one of those new Eddie Bauer Explorers and lived in a big two story brick house with brass chandeliers and took vacations at Anna Maria Island. These days I wait over an hour to see the nurse practitioner for 5 minutes just to get offered a prescription that will wreck my gut. I miss the 90s every single day.

I had many physicals in my life and had a very good doctor for about 17 years but I will say this is the most thorough physical I have ever seen!

I love how at this point in my life I can go through the motions and conduct a full medical exam - but I still have no idea what I would be looking for with each test.

Me: “Great probably.”

This reminds me of my old family physician in the 90's. Very thorough. Not so much these days. You're lucky to get 5 minutes of a doctor's time. Usually they are busy on their computer to even look at you! Lol

I had a 10 year physical last summer. The doctor asked if i had any pains. I said no. That was it. She didnt listen to my heart, she didnt exam anything. It was a total waste of time.

I want an exam like this.

I couldn't stop laughing comparing this doctor to my doctor. I'm not getting my money's worth! My annual physicals are nothing more than an office visit.

Why don't I get this type of exhaustive physical exam for my annual checkup? Usually, the physician just listens to my lungs and heart and call it good. I want this tune of physical!!

I remember I went to get a physical and it turned into a prostate exam. I was 18 at the time so I didn’t know why the doctor suggested it. But after he gave me a clean bill of health so I was grateful how thorough his assessments were.

The gastric air bubble when massaged after eating heavily will help the bloating pressure go down. Ive done it before and does it feel better. Massage the lower belly and lower back and it will help relieve the stomach pressure.
