Is this guaranteed to work or has at least a high success rate? I loved playing Anno 1602 as a child and would like to install 1701 on my Mac, but when I read forum threads about all the errors people get and the sort of troubleshooting they need to go through it kind of discourages me.

yo! I tried this on the GOG's download version of Anno1404 gold edition, and the game started to play but the screen just turned black with music in the back round. So i changed the screen resolution as you showed in the video many thimes but it did not work, so what do I do?
- I use a Macbbok pro retina (so I thought the screen could be the problem becouse of 2k)
- I have osx Sierra

hi ii just installed a game and it wors great, .. but once i close it do i have to reinstall the game each time or where is the installed game on my mac?

Ok so i tried to get the digital version from ubisoft but they make me run it through some fucked installer thing called Uplay. So i cant get an actual digital copy anywhere legally apparently. What are my options here?
