Charging RAV4 at 25kW

Awesome!   How does the electric utility's distribution transformer handle all that power?  Most residential ones are only rated for 10 kW to 50 kW continuous.  I imagine this could cause problems if every customer maxed out their main breaker panel doing this at the same time.
