Hi. I just had an interview. I wish I had found you before this. I think I really messed up a question of how would you handle it if you were given a task that you haven’t yet performed and didn’t know how to do it. Ugh. I approached it from an independent view —saying that I’m resourceful and would research and figure out how to get the job done. Bad answer. In hindsight, I should have approached it from a teamwork type of solution. I should have said I would have collaborated with my team. I went in that interview very rusty. This is the first interview I’ve been on in over 30 years. Thank you fir your great tips. I will continue to study the great tips. UPDATE. The job was offered to me. Yippee!
