Yoga has an indisputable spiritual dimension that is incompatible with Christianity or any of the Abrahamic faiths. All Indians know this and accept this as a religious practice not exercise. An interesting arguement to made for cultural appropriation which is a movement gaining ground among Indians. Always look into things for yourself, your body is a temple. It’s up to you to decide to Whom.
