I love Inertial Drift. It's a cel shaded racing game where you control the car with both sticks. It's super fun to drive, each car has different feel and way they handle. It's awesome. The only complaint I have is that the races/campaign lack variety. There's time trials, style drifting, ghost race and then duel, but ghost race and duel are almost exactly the same as neither have any collision between cars. The only difference between them is that there's dialogue in between duels. Other than that, pretty great racing game.
