My go-to DIY Sushi is Inari Sushi!

Inari Sushi is seasoned sushi rice stuffed into a seasoned fried bean curd pocket, which can be eaten as is or topped with a protein or veggie. I've shared a few variations on Instagram Reels @itsdinorah.

Inari is one of my favorite sushi because of the seasoned fried bean curd, it's sweet, salty, tangy, and the perfect vehicle for a mouthful of sushi rice and in this case fresh & spicy ahi tuna.
