2. You can rent out the space for other bakers - organize sessions, encourage cake artists from around the world to your studio and have sessions
3. Exclusive studio - where your creations go online from scratch - could increase viewership
4. You could also convert into hi a small time home bakery where people can come and pick up the goodies they have ordered !
