The outro Murray solo alongside the accelerating downwardzing tempo of the song is an epic and genius musical way to depict the fall of Icarus... One of my favorite songs of Smith/Dickinson from the best album ever, Piece of Mind
So grateful to have witnessed the live rendition of that tune 4 times on the Legacy of the beast. Up the Irons!

Love the solos on this song, so "trademark" haha, the ascending (I love that lick) and then descending legato of Dave, and the pentatonic runs of Adrian... 120% Maiden sound. Nice video, Nico! Take care!

Really diggin' your content man. Great stuff. You've got a really nice Piece Of Mind crunch tone going on here. I'm pretty heavy on my delay and a little reverb. My playing isn't as clean as yours so I'm too afraid to go for the direct crunch even when I jam this one. I need that delay and reverb to cover up my sloppiness 😆

Having finally put some new shiny strings on, i feel I've moved a closer to your level. Hahahahahah ! Amazing effort covering one of my top-10 songs right there mate, awesome as usual! Hoping for loads and loads (or, an infinite amount actually haha) to come! Also, I'm hoping for a lot of these great tutorials 'cause, you know, gotta use these new strings somehow hahah. Just a minor suggestion, if i may: try showing some tabs as well. I know it's better for us musicians to learn by ear, but it could really make a difference when you can't really tell from the video if you're slamming that 5th or 6th fret, for example (it's just minor differences). During this tough as nails exams period, not all of us have the time to spare (and more importantly, the brain capacity) to actually put the proper time and effort in to this, as we should. But, on the 19th of February, i'm coming full throttle hahahah! Cheers man, you're amazing as always! When Dave Murray solo starts the backing track is playing F# minor when it should be E major. Was you aware of this ? Also, in the chorus when Bruce sings "Fly, on your way, like an eagle", you play F# minor followed by E minor when the correct chord is E major. It's probably not immediately obvious as when you are playing E minor you don't play the 3rd of the chord.
