Super Bowl Food Ideas in the Air Fryer - Make Ahead and Air Fry FAST

If you're looking for Super Bowl Food Ideas - make these ahead of time and then pop them in the Air Fryer to enjoy for your super bowl party!

⭕ RECIPES:
◆ Pinwheel Jalapeno Poppers
Whip together 12oz room temperature cream cheese with a hand mixer.
Add 8 strips chopped bacon, 2 diced jalapeno peppers,1.5 cups cheese, 1 tsp garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir together with a spatula.
Layout 5 tortillas, divide the mixture among the tortillas and spread it out in an even layer, going all the way to the edges. Roll the tortillas. Slice them into 1-2" wide pieces.
Air fry at 380F for 5 minutes. Flip and air fry for 2 more minutes at 400F.

◆Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (pg. 60)

◆ Veggie Bake
Wash and chop your favorite veggies into bite size pieces. Spray the veggies with oil. Air fry 380F/193C for 10 minutes. Mix together 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, and herbes de provenece or italian seasoning to taste.In another bowl. mix together 1 cup tomato chunk sauce with salt, pepper, and basil to taste. Add the parmesan mixture, then the tomato mixture to baked veggies. Air fry 380F for 3 minutes. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese to taste. Air fry for another 3 minutes.

◆ Sweet Potato Fries Dessert: sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, then top with icing:
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
2–3 Tablespoons heavy cream (or milk for a less creamy texture)
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Wow, Kathy all your recipes look great. Can’t wait to try them! Come on Super Bowl! I’d like to share with you my experience with Cosori. I bought the Cosori Dual Blaze two years ago. My husband and I absolutely love it. We have cooked many delicious meals and treats (including the wonderful meals in your cookbook). Such a timesaver. Unfortunately, in the beginning I didn’t pay much attention to the bottom of the basket. The meals that I cooked that included ingredients, such as brown sugar, maple syrup, etc., have really damaged the bottom. We thought we would be able to replace it, but it appears that they do not replace Dual Blaze baskets. It is impossible to reach customer service!! So frustrating 😣! We tried e-mails and phone calls to no avail! If we have to replace the air fryer (as I cannot live without one now) I don’t think it will be the Cosori brand. They simply do not stand behind their product!!! Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue?

I am surprised you didn’t use the air fryer to cook the egg roll fillings. I love cooking ground meats in the airfryer - I just remove the rack. Great for making taco meat too

I had a convection oven, air fryer combo that worked great for everything except air frying, so I bought a small 4 qt. regular air fryer. I want to have a few different appetizers for my granddaughter's 12th birthday. There will be 10 of us celebrating. Disappointing for anyone trying to find an actual real review of the chefmaker... if there even is any.
