I caught up with Chico's City Manager, Marc Sorensen as we checked out high flows on Big Chico Creek and Sycamore Diversion Channel. We talked about Chico's flood control systems, and the politics around maintenance of State-build flood control infrastructure at Five Mile Recreation Area.
