Revenge of the Sith had the best cinematography imo. The prequels aren’t perfect, but they’re great. The storytelling and writing stays strong at least.

The original and cannon Star Wars will always be Lucas' Star Wars. From Episode 1 to 6. The best story, score, and everything iconic is in there. Aside from that The Clone Wars show was the one to do a better job and come close.
