it is absolutely CRIMINAL that this car was not made available for the USA. I'm absolutely in love with this car. I want to take a US X3 and make it into a M40d so badly.

Love this car, i’ve had my x3 m40i now for about two months and have only good things to say about it. If MPG is of interest and important to you then the m40d is a good alternative, as the power is still immense and getting anywhere near 45 mpg is just not possible for the m40i but for me I don’t care about mpg so went for the petrol. Great video as always thank you

Why do car review videos do this? Annoying rights-free music over top of the engine noise. Otherwise very helpful review
