Embrace the power of female Indigenous stories the first week of our Indigenous online film festival! Starting August 31 at 11am CT, we will be showing films on Women Empowerment, as we celebrate and amplify stories from female Indigenous filmmakers.

🎬 Hinekura: A young Māori girl, embarks on the right of passage ceremony in her community that changes her relationship forever.
🎬 The Boxers of Brule: After the loss of her best friend, a 23-year-old leads a girls' boxing team from the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe.
🎬 RŪ: A pregnant mother fights for her life when she is abducted during a gang initiation.
🎬 Inyanka Sni: While practicing self-defense months after being assaulted, a young woman must choose to stand her ground or flee.
🎬 Rematriation: The voices of 10 Indigenous women share stories of resilience, leadership, spirituality, healing and honoring life.
