The camera manual Link states on page 69 says the following:

If you want to receive notification with alarm images, check Attached image.
the notification email has 3 alarm images attached about the event with configurable image capture interval.

How many attachments images did you receive in notification email alarm?

These cameras are total garbage!!! I have 8 of them and on 2 of them I have issues with the filter and it gets stuck and my camera show live in Blue or PINK and the domes are constantly having condensation and you get a lot of blur when it goes into night vision.
