I have bipolar and I feel like the person I become is different to me when I'm very ill
I almost still feel guilty for having my mum and dad go threw it even if I was ill and wasn't my fault I still feel like that part of me inside and when my bipolar is triggered by alot of stress then that part of me is awake. I haven't been in ill in over 6 years but guilt has stayed with me and I often say I take full responsibility for anything I did when was ill.

I know probably my way dealing morally but I honestly feel like someone else control

The one about people with D.I.D and two souls living in one body is the most fascinating conspiracy theory ever. Like, imagine someone else living inside your body for a day, then you wake up the next day not remembering shit. That's scary asf.
