PUMPKIN ALFREDO PASTA! 🍝

Instructions👇🏻
•Cook 200gm of pasta in salted water until al dente.
•In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook until it becomes fragrant.
•Introduce 1/2 can of pumpkin puree, give it a good mix, and then pour in 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Combine and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
•Season the sauce with salt, pepper, onion/garlic powder, and lower the heat. Add 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese and mix it in.
•Now, incorporate the cooked pasta, a bit of pasta water, and a touch more Parmesan.
